What is your exchange / return policy?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt. Items returned must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed or unaltered. All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.
How does the exchange / return process work?
Please contact us before returning or exchanging your items. The email must include the first and last name you placed the order under, your order number, and the reason for your exchange or return. Returns and exchanges must be securely packed and sealed with a copy of our delivery packing slip. Once received we will notify you via email that we've received your package and take further steps to process your return/exchange. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. All refunds will not include original shipping cost.
